Delivery times
We work directly with our manufacturing partners overseas and ship each order straight from their warehouse to your door. That's how we keep prices where they are – but it does mean delivery takes longer than a local warehouse would.

These are typical times, not guarantees – peak periods, customs processing and carrier delays can add a few days. If your order hasn't arrived within 25 business days of dispatch, email us and we'll chase it or send a replacement.
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is dispatched. Tracking can take 2–5 days to show movement after dispatch while the parcel is in transit to Australia – that's normal.
Multiple items
If you order more than one product they may ship separately, from different warehouses, and arrive on different days. You'll get a tracking number for each parcel. You are never charged extra shipping for split deliveries.
Customs, duties and GST
Orders under AU$1,000 are not subject to import duty. DiscountPaws is not currently registered for GST, so no GST is added to our prices – the price you see is the price you pay.
Delivery address
We ship to residential and business addresses and PO Boxes across Australia. Please double-check your address at checkout – if a parcel is returned to sender because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we can re-send it once you've covered the re-delivery cost. We don't currently ship outside Australia.
Something wrong with your delivery?
Email info@discountpaws.com.au with your order number. Damaged in transit, lost, or the wrong item – we'll sort it out with a replacement or refund, usually without needing the item back. See our Returns & Refunds page for the details.
